Facility Manager – JLL

What this job involves:

As a Facility Manager at JLL, you will lead regional operations that directly enhance employee experience and workplace excellence. This role combines strategic facility management with people-focused engagement initiatives, ensuring our clients' workplaces operate seamlessly while fostering vibrant, productive environments. You will manage a team of Community Hosts, oversee critical building systems, and partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional service that supports JLL's commitment to creating spaces that work for our clients. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on workplace culture while managing the technical and operational excellence that keeps our facilities running at peak performance.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead and manage the regional Community Hosts team, providing guidance, performance support, and fostering professional development

  • Develop and implement employee experience programs, activations, and engagement initiatives that drive workplace satisfaction across the region

  • Monitor and analyze key experience metrics, generating insightful reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders

  • Coordinate with Facility Management teams to ensure service excellence through regular site walkthroughs and continuous improvement reviews

  • Manage change management processes, assessing organizational impact and developing mitigation strategies for smooth transitions

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring all building systems and critical equipment operate reliably

  • Supervise vendor contracts and service providers (cleaning, cafeteria, technical services), evaluating performance and coordinating high-impact activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or related operational fields

  • Advanced English Level

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to work independently

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS SharePoint for reporting and collaboration

  • Self-motivated professional with confidence, energy, and flexibility to handle high-pressure situations effectively

  • Proven ability to supervise vendor performance during normal business hours and off-hours, including weekends

  • Strong team leadership and people management capabilities with experience developing direct reports

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and critical facilities management best practices

  • Understanding of basic technical property systems including HVAC, chillers, fire protection, and mechanical/electrical systems

  • Experience managing organizational change processes and implementing strategic workplace interventions

  • Vendor management experience for specialized services with demonstrated ability to evaluate and optimize performance

  • Advanced proficiency in information technology tools and digital workplace platforms

  • Experience in employee engagement strategies and workplace culture development initiatives
