Facility Manager (Data Center)

The Role at a Glance

Engio is partnering with a global leader in critical environment management to find a Facility Manager In this role, you will be the operational engine of the site, responsible for the day-to-day uptime and technical health of a mission-critical data center. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on engineering to ensure the facility remains 100% operational, safe, and efficient.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operational Ownership: Manage the daily operations of all building systems, including HVAC, power distribution, fire protection, and security.
• Team Supervision: Directly lead on-site technicians and shift engineers, ensuring all "Rounds and Readings" and maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standard.
• Maintenance Execution: Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring zero impact on customer uptime.
• Incident Response: Act as the primary on-site responder for facility-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems with speed and precision.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage third-party contractors and service providers during repair, maintenance, and facility improvement works.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, maintaining a "Safety-First" culture at all times.

The Engineering Blueprint (What You Bring)

• The Experience: 8+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3–5 years specifically within a Data Center or Critical Environment.
• The Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of building systems (UPS, Chillers, CRAC units) and industrial maintenance procedures.
• The Tech Skills: High proficiency in using Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• The Mindset: A correct working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and the resilience to handle 24/7 mission-critical pressure.
• The Communicator: Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to coordinate effectively with clients and vendors.
• The Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
