Job Description

Facility Manager (Building Manager)

We are looking for a Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and day-to-day management of a portfolio of buildings. You will act as the primary contact for building users, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage facility service requests, and ensure compliance with facility standards. You will also support project execution, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, and represent the Facilities department during safety and workplace meetings.

Key Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management (hard and soft services)

  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance and facility operations

  • Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience

  • Fluent in Dutch; English and French are an advantage

Location: Gentbrugge, Brussels (Hybrid, with travel across East Flanders, West Flanders, and Flemish Brabant)
