Als Facility Manager ben jij de ruggengraat van ons geautomatiseerde fulfilment center. In deze dynamische 24/7 food-omgeving houd jij hoogtechnologische installaties in topconditie, stuur je externe partners strak aan en leid je facilitaire projecten. Jij combineert technische affiniteit met organisatietalent om onze supply chain van de toekomst soepel te laten draaien. Jij hebt oog voor detail, kennis en affiniteit met technische installaties, houdt van afwisseling en bent continu bezig met het verbeteren van onze werkomgeving. Of het nu gaat om het oplossen van een technische storing, het begeleiden van een facilitair project of het direct schakelen met collega’s op de vloer: jij zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Binnen het gedreven Building & Infrastructure team krijg je de ruimte om te groeien, impact te maken én een essentiële rol te spelen in onze food supply chain van de toekomst.
Op kantoor hebben we een koffiebar met eigen barista's, chefs die dagelijks een heerlijke, verse lunch bereiden en snacks en fruit zodat je energie op peil blijft!
We werken samen met zorgverzekeraar CZ, waardoor Picnic-medewerkers een korting van 5% tot 15% krijgen op CZ-verzekeringspakketten. Bovendien kun je via onze samenwerking met Lease a Bike voordelig een nieuwe (e-)fiets leasen, die je later zelfs kunt overnemen!
