Job Description

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Mission Rock parking and valet program, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This hands-on leadership role manages valet operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, customer service, and parking-related systems while serving as a key liaison between ABM, Oracle Park Transportation, Mission Rock partners, and on-site team members.

The Facility Manager supports staff development through training, coaching, and performance management, coordinates valet activations and special events, and assists with revenue management, billing, collections, and financial reporting. This position requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment while contributing directly to day-to-day operations as needed.

Pay: $ 35.21 per hour

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Operational Management

  • Manage the Mission Rock valet operation.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of valet operations.
  • Perform valet vehicle put-away and delivery functions as part of this hands-on, working position.
  • Maintain the Flash Valet System.
  • Track and manage valet inventory.
  • Manage parking supply inventory and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate daily Mission Rock parking operations as directed by the General Manager (GM).

Leadership & Team Management

  • Manage staff scheduling in coordination with the GM and APG Manager.
  • Oversee schedule management and generate, post, and publish weekly schedules.
  • Assist with staff management of valet staff and patrol/enforcement staff.
  • Support the GM in staff training, including:
  • Training Mission Rock parking staff
  • Seasonal retraining of team members
  • On-site and on-the-spot training as needed
  • Customer service training

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the primary conduit between Oracle Park Transportation and ABM Mission Rock valet team members when the GM is unavailable or when completing tasks directly assigned by Oracle Park Transportation or ABM.
  • Act as liaison between the GM and ABM Mission Rock valet team members.
  • Coordinate with Mission Rock partners, Oracle Park Transportation, the GM, and the APG Manager.

Valet Activations & Event Support

  • Assist the GM with the planning and execution of Mission Rock valet activations.
  • Coordinate staffing plans for valet activations.
  • Generate, distribute, and post communications, flyers, signage, and related materials.
  • Prepare equipment for valet activations, including key drop boxes, podiums, key boards, and other operational resources.

Revenue, Billing & Financial Administration

  • Assist the GM with billing and collections activities, including:
  • Parking meter management
  • Mission Rock daily collections and rate management
  • Monthly parking collections
  • Lot A parking enforcement
  • Manage monthly billing activities, including Lot A billing and Pier 48 Shed B billing.
  • Support the GM in maintaining accountability for fiscal performance through:
  • Payroll review
  • Review of purchases and operating expenses
  • Perform data entry and reporting for non-event daily performance using Oracle Park-provided tools and parking systems.
  • Assist in monitoring operational analytics and financial performance.

Additional Duties

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the GM, Oracle Park Transportation, or the ABM Branch Manager.

  • Experience overseeing event operations and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of parking, access control, and revenue management operations is preferred.
