As a Facility Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of capital improvement initiatives—from concept through completion—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine project leadership with facility operations, giving you broad exposure across real estate development and building management. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, influence strategic decisions, and help create safe, sustainable, and efficient environments that support business success. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
Lead planning and execution of capital real estate projects
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams
Manage contracts, budgets, invoicing, and project timelines
Oversee construction progress, quality, and site activities
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Serve as the primary communication point for all stakeholders
Support facility operations, maintenance, and safety compliance
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in project or facility management
Strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations
Proven leadership, organization, and project management skills
Experience with project management tools and financial processes
Certifications such as PMP or CFM are a plus
