
About the role:
The Facility Manager is a key leadership position responsible for all aspects of operational, clinical and team performance at our 162-bed facility at Peter Cosgrove House, Narrabeen, NSW. More specifically, responsibilities include:
Leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Managing compliance, accreditation, and resident safety
Driving financial and workforce performance aligned with Aged Care Standards
Building a positive, engaged culture across the home
Fostering continuous improvement and service excellence
About you:
A minimum of 3 years' Facility Management experience within the aged care sector.
Strong clinical leadership experience, along with a high level of business acumen.
A solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation
A genuine passion for resident wellbeing, quality improvement, and people development

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
