We are now looking for an experienced Facility Manager to take responsibility for the professional management of facilities and infrastructure at thePikkalafactory area.
In this role, you will manage real estate and facility services, lead outsourced service providers, and plan investments in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Your mission is to ensure that our production operations are supported by safe, functional, andwell‑managedfacilities –cost‑efficientlyand with along‑termperspective.
Your Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations
Responsibility for the maintenance and performance of165,000 m² of industrial facilities
Leadership and supervision of outsourced facility maintenance services
Supplier Management and Procurement
Managing multiple service providers
Contract oversight, tendering of services, and continuous development of service models
Construction and Project Management
Leading renovation, modernization, and selected construction projects
Close cooperation with contractors and technical management
Financial Management and Investments
Budgeting andlong‑terminvestment planning
Identifyingdevelopment opportunities and cost savings
Utilities Management
Ensuring operational reliability of electricity, water, compressed air, and heating/cooling systems

We expect you to have:
A relevant engineering degree (construction, property management, or building services engineering)
Experience in industrial orlarge‑scaleproperty environments
Strong competence in building systems, contract management, and supplier leadership
The ability to manage projects and drive practical implementation
Strong communicationand negotiation skills
