Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Oversight
• Plan and allocate manpower across all security functions and shifts.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure service levels are met.
• Align security operations with client expectations and organizational goals.
2. Multi-Role Supervision
• Oversee operations of:
• Security Officers
• Floor Guards
• Escort Teams
• Control Room Operators
• SOC Analysts
• Ensure coordination and communication across all roles.
3. Technology and Systems Management
• Ensure functionality of:
• CCTV and access control systems
• ID badge printing systems
• Communication devices and SIEM tools
• Coordinate with IT and vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
4. Risk and Compliance
• Monitor geopolitical developments and assess their impact on security.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, labor regulations, and client-specific SOPs.
• Lead emergency preparedness and crisis response initiatives.
5. Client and Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and internal leadership.
• Handle escalations, service reviews, and improvement plans.
• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings.
6. Training and Development
• Identify training needs across all roles.
• Organize cross-functional training and refresher programs.
• Mentor supervisors and ensure knowledge transfer.
7. Reporting and Documentation
• Consolidate reports from all departments into unified dashboards.
• Present insights, trends, and incident summaries to senior management.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
8. Vendor Management
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors (e.g., equipment suppliers, training providers, tech support).
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service agreements.
