Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Facility Management Zone Specialist to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of facility management initiatives within urban planning zones. You will serve as a key liaison between multiple stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations and organizational standards. This position requires a professional who can analyze complex project requirements, manage resources efficiently, and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for facility management zones, including scope definition, timeline development, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including urban planners, contractors, facility operators, and government agencies to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor project progress against established KPIs and timelines; identify risks and implement corrective actions proactively
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare detailed project reports, status updates, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders
  • Oversee contract management and vendor relationships to ensure compliance with project specifications and service level agreements
  • Analyze facility management data and operational requirements to optimize zone planning and resource utilization
  • Ensure all projects comply with Saudi Arabia regulations, building codes, and organizational policies
  • Lead and mentor project team members; facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned to improve future project delivery

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in project management, with at least 3 years in facility management or urban infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience working within a PMO environment or similar governance structure
  • Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, facility operations, and infrastructure project delivery
  • Demonstrated expertise in budget management, cost control, and financial analysis
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent software
  • Experience with facility management systems and AutoCAD or similar design/planning software (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities across all organizational levels
  • Experience managing contracts and vendor relationships in a construction or facility management context
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabia regulatory requirements and local compliance standards
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive organizational change
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
