The Facility Management Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the overall facility management operations across all properties under management. The role ensures that facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while optimizing operational costs and enhancing tenant satisfaction. The Manager will develop and implement facility management strategies, oversee maintenance programs, manage service providers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations across all properties.
Lead and manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring all assets are maintained in optimal condition.
Conduct regular property inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs and ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
Manage facility budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the Move In/Move Out process and ensure compliance with operational and contractual requirements.
Lead utility management initiatives to optimize consumption, improve sustainability, and ensure uninterrupted services.
Manage housekeeping, security, and other facility service providers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service standards.
Review security and incident reports, implement corrective actions, and mitigate operational risks.
Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all applicable local regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the facility management team to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high performance standards.
Prepare management reports, operational analyses, and recommendations for senior leadership.
