Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
Handle facility-related requests from clients in a timely manner.
Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and service contracts.
Support emergency procedures and incident reporting.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Facilities Management or related field.
1–3 years of experience in facilities or administrative support.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of maintenance and safety procedures.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Office-based role with occasional site visits.
