To manage the operation of general administrative services including canteen service and other services including maintenance and repair, utilities, security service, design and engineering, cleaning, waste, landscape & garden to ensure good working environment and all supporting services/ activities are well-conducted aligning with standards and regulations1. Manage detailed work plan for general administration and facility managemnt aligning with policies and strategies to ensure support operations of related-functions and enhance convenience and well-being of employee
2. Implement the specifications of general administration aligning with GA & FM plans to ensure feasibility, effectiveness, alignment and synchronization to company’s culture and employee
3. Control general administrative outsourcing services for providing overall system specifications, requirements and special recommendations as well as making key decision in general administrative services to ensure operational support and achieving General Administration goals and targets aligning with General Office Service
4. Manage canteen service to ensure smooth operation of canteen service, hence support employee’s well-being
5. Monitor maintenance and repair of facility & utility as per conditional and preventive maintenance plans to ensure achieving services as per regulations and Monitor and monitor other administrative services including security, cleaning, waste, landscape and
6. Control cost of GA&FM operation in effectiveness
7. Perform other related duties as assigned
