ResponsibilitiesEnsure preventive and curative maintenance of equipment and compressed air installationProvide support during the preventive and curative maintenance of equipment and electrical installationEnsure preventive and curative maintenance of the equipment and the air conditioning installationEnsure the preventive and curative maintenance of the building safety equipment and installation (camera / fire detection / firefighting / Sprinklers)Alignment with company and departmental objectivesEnsure the maintenance of the handling and lifting fleetEnsure the management and preventive and curative maintenance of building equipment (doors / curtains / industrial doors / turnstiles / green spaces / drilling / etc.)Apply preventive maintenance plans for infrastructure maintenanceSupport maintenance technicians and plan the necessary training.To meet deadlines and delivery and satisfaction of our customerManage subcontractors and work under his/her responsibility and close work and tasks in accordance with department standardsMonitoring of indicators and processing of action plansEnsure the installation of production lines in accordance with the department's standardsFollow-up of periodic inspections, ensuring compliance and lifting of reservations
