Job
Responsibilities:

·
Performs
inspections and testing on a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical,
electrical, heating, and cooling systems.

·
Perform
inspections and testing on a variety of fire protection and other life safety
equipment including: Fire Extinguishers, Fire Dampers, Fire Doors, Emergency
Showers, Emergency lighting, Exit Signage and Egress Lighting.

·
Perform
minor repairs and preventative maintenance inspections on a wide variety of
building systems and facility equipment.

·
Assignments
are semi-routine in nature.

·
Work
performed within generally defined parameters.

·
Some
degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems.

·
Review
and provide feedback for upcoming test requests/schedules on a regular basis.

·
Complete
proper forms and documents in CMMS when necessary.

·
Update
Compliance Folder and Compliance Engine as necessary.

·
Attend
quality, safety, technical meetings, and seminars as necessary.

·
Manage
work in accordance of timeline goals.

·
Independently
performs basic tasks as outlined by supervisor or others.

·
Performs
other related duties as assigned.

Skills

Experience
working with computers and various building control systems.

·
Experience
related to the skills associated with building infrastructure systems.

Required
Education:

High
School Diploma or equivalent GED.
