Facility & Maintenance Manager

Objectives of the Job

• Deputy of Facilities & Maintenance Department
• Deputy of Facilities & Maintenance Department
• Be responsible for Facilities & Maintenance system on the plant
• Be responsible for supervises the staffs of Facilities & Maintenance Department
• Be responsible for the high risk of spare parts and materials are concern with the scope of work
• Be responsible for project management of Facilities and Maintenance works
• Be responsible for qualify Outsources who are working for Facilities and Maintenance works

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responds for Deputy of Facilities & Maintenance Department and service the following:
• Utilities & Distribution System
• In the parts of Electronic, Electric, Instrument, Automation, Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, BAS
• Project Management
• Personal Management
• To ensure the readiness of the control system of machines, Energy resources
• To make sure everything is in compliance with Rules + Regulations.
• On the job training for Staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree of Electric Engineering or Related Filed
• Experience & Skills in Electrical Maintenance on Textile Plant, Plastic Plant, Electrical Control system, Automation, Instrumentation, PLC Control System, Main Distribution System, PV System, Facility & Utility System, Architecture, Civil, BAS
• Training background such as
• On the job training, Facility & Maintenance System, 240 hrs
• - Electric Distribution and Emergency Backup
• - PV System, Thermal Hot Oil, Chiller System, Air Compressor system, Water Treatment System, Waste Water Treatment System
• - Process P1 Machines, e.g. Warping, Selvedge, Weaving, Raw Inspection, Cleaning
• -Process p2 Machine, e. g. Batching, Sewing, Washing, Stenter, Final Inspection
• - Process P3 machine, e.g. cutting, Stamping
• - Building automation system (BAS)
• - Fire alarm system
• Awareness about the environmental impact caused by the employee's duties, 1.50 hrs.
• Awareness about the chemical leaking impact caused by the employee's duties, 2.00 hrs.
• Safety Management, 8 hrs
