Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm

Pay: $13.00/hour

The Facilities Maintenance team member is responsible for performing the daily duties to keep and maintain the distribution center facility, grounds and warehouse equipment in a clean and presentable state. This role is part of the Operations/Facilities team.

Here's more of what you will do... (Okay, not all in one day!)

• Keeps all areas of the warehouse floor swept & scrubbed.
• Keeps all warehouse walls, curbs, rails & overhead doors washed cleaned as needed.
• Keeps sweeper & scrubber clean at all times; and maintains oil and water levels.
• Sprays down and cleans around trash compactor on a daily basis.
• Keeps all parking areas clean and steam cleans areas as needed.
• Assists with the painting and other miscellaneous maintenance tasks as needed or required.
• Performs general yard and grounds maintenance.

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role:

• 18 years of Age or Older
• Ability to Read and Understand English
• Basic Math Comprehension

• High School Graduate or Equivalent Certification
• Effective Communication Skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to pull/push a load up to 70 lbs.
• Bends, stoops, squats, kneels, crouches, crawls, climbs ladders and stairs, stands, walks, and turns/pivots frequently throughout duration of workday.
• Ability to operate facility equipment required for role.
• Ability to speak, hear, and see is required to communicate with employees, and to operate varied facility equipment, cleaning products.
• Ability to perform job functions in compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety policies and best practices.
• Must maintain regular and punctual attendance.
