Job Objective

To supervise and manage the day-to-day operational activities of a specific facility within the manufacturing site, ensuring that all infrastructure, services, and support functions ( cleaning, catering, Pest Control, Vending Machines, Furniture) are running efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with regulatory and GMP requirements

Key responsibility

1. Facility Operations Oversight

• Supervise the daily functioning of the facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
• Act as the first point of contact for any operational issues at the facility level.
• 2. Coordination of General Services
• Coordinate the execution of janitorial, pest control, security, catering, and vending services.
• Conduct spot-checks and walkthroughs to verify service quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Monitor the performance of service providers and report issues or non-compliance.
• 4. Safety, Compliance, and Housekeeping
• Ensure that the facility complies with GMP, HSE, and internal company standards.
• Participate in audits, safety inspections, and readiness reviews.
• Lead or support evacuation drills, safety awareness, and hazard identification activities.
• 5. People & Communication Management
• Coordinate with internal departments (Production, QA, HR, etc.) to ensure facility needs are met.
• Support onboarding of new personnel regarding facility orientation and emergency plans.
• Guide janitorial or support teams working under or within the facility scope.
• 6. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of facility checklists, inspections, complaints, and resolved issues.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on facility status, incidents, and improvement plans.
• Provide feedback on vendor performance and assist in KPI reporting.

Academic experience required

• Bachelors degree in business administration, or equivalent

Professional Experience Required

• More than 5 years, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial setting

Computing Skills

• Familiarity with GMP, EHS compliance, and facility systems

Personal Skills

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility tracking tools
• Ability to coordinate multiple services simultaneously
