Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Facility Executive to manage property maintenance, fleet operations, and overall facility coordination within a real estate environment. The role ensures all properties remain functional, safe, compliant, and cost-efficient.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of residential and commercial properties


  • Manage fleet servicing, tracking, and operational readiness


  • Conduct routine property inspections and prepare detailed reports


  • Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery


  • Monitor maintenance budgets and control operational costs


  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards


  • Coordinate repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades


  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and service records


Requirements


  • 5–10 years’ experience in facilities management, fleet management, property maintenance, or operations (preferably in real estate)


  • Strong vendor management and cost control experience


  • Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance requirements


  • Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills
