We are seeking an experienced Facility Executive to manage property maintenance, fleet operations, and overall facility coordination within a real estate environment. The role ensures all properties remain functional, safe, compliant, and cost-efficient.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of residential and commercial properties
Manage fleet servicing, tracking, and operational readiness
Conduct routine property inspections and prepare detailed reports
Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery
Monitor maintenance budgets and control operational costs
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
Coordinate repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and service records
5–10 years’ experience in facilities management, fleet management, property maintenance, or operations (preferably in real estate)
Strong vendor management and cost control experience
Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance requirements
Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Salary: ₦200,000 (starting)
Sales commission (where applicable)
