Als Facility Engineer (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Sicherstellung eines effizienten Betriebs unserer technischen Anlagen und Gebäudeinfrastruktur. Von der Wartung und Optimierung technischer Anlagen über die Umsetzung von Änderungen bis zur Überwachung wichtiger Umgebungsparameter gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung unseres Standorts aktiv mit.
Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebs von Facility-Anlagen durch regelmäßige Kontrollen, Wartungen, Prüfungen und lückenlose Dokumentation
Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Umbauarbeiten an elektrischen Anlagen
Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Wartungsfirmen
Mitarbeit bei Brandschutz-, Sicherheits- und Räumungsübungen
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Facility-Layouts sowie Flächen- und Infrastrukturreportings
Administration und Überwachung von Environmental-Control-Systemen sowie Analyse relevanter Umgebungsdaten
Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Assessments im Facility-Umfeld sowie Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Umsetzung definierter Maßnahmen (Temperatur, Luftfeuchte und Luftdruck)
Initiierung, Planung und Umsetzung von Änderungen im Facility-Bereich gemäß dem Change-Management-Prozess, inklusive Risikoanalysen, Wirksamkeitsprüfungen und Dokumentation
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, Gebäudetechnik oder im Facility Management
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Facility- oder Wartungs-managementsystemen
Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationsgeschick
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
