Molex is seeking a Facility Engineer to plan and execute facility mechanical, electrical, and renovation projects and to maintain related equipment and systems. This role helps ensure projects meet or exceed expectations for safety, quality, and on-time delivery, while preventive maintenance is completed as planned to support reliable operations and the company's long-term development.

Our Team

You will join the Facilities team and report to the Facilities supervisor. You will work closely with internal users, EHS, Procurement, Finance, contractors, equipment vendors, and other engineers to deliver facility projects, maintain critical systems, and continuously improve safety, reliability, energy efficiency, and operating standards.

What You Will Do

• Support the supervisor in developing annual engineering project plans, facility preventive maintenance plans, and related capital and operating budgets.
• Translate user requirements and actual site conditions into practical mechanical, electrical, utility, and renovation solutions; prepare or review drawings, scopes of work, specifications, and tender documents, and follow up on the bidding process after internal approval.
• Execute assigned projects, supervise contractors, control site activities, and maintain project documentation to ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule expectations are achieved.
• Identify and implement energy-saving improvements for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, utility, and other facility systems to reduce energy consumption and improve equipment performance.
• Develop and maintain internal facility engineering standards, including material specifications, construction methods, and acceptance criteria, and share them with other engineers.
• Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional teams to support major facility, renovation, expansion, and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for facility equipment and systems; prepare and update operating, maintenance, and inspection procedures.
• Train maintenance electricians or technicians on the safe operation, routine inspection, and basic maintenance of assigned equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve technical and execution issues, assess work quality and performance, and organize required vendor training.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in facility engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, building services, or related project and maintenance work.
• Hands-on knowledge of engineering project management processes and facility equipment preventive maintenance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical power, water supply and drainage, piping, conduits, and applicable engineering or installation requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in manufacturing facilities, plant renovation, expansion, cleanrooms, laboratories, warehouses, or office fit-out projects.
• Experience preparing tender packages, reviewing quotations, controlling budgets, and managing contractor safety, quality, and schedules.
• Knowledge of energy management, utility optimization, preventive maintenance systems, or building management systems.

團隊介紹 

您將加入廠務團隊並向廠務主管報告。您將與內部使用單位、EHS、採購、財務、承攬商、設備供應商及其他工程師密切合作，執行廠務工程、維護關鍵系統，並持續改善安全、可靠度、能源效率及工程標準。 

工作內容 

• 協助主管制定年度工程計畫、設備設施預防保養計畫，以及相關資本支出與營運預算。 
• 依使用單位需求及現場條件，規劃機電、公用系統及裝修方案；編製或審查施工圖、工作範圍、技術規範及招標文件，並於內部核准後跟進招標流程。 
• 執行所負責之工程，監督承攬商及現場施工，並完整維護專案資料，以確保安全、品質、成本及進度符合要求。 
• 規劃並執行機電、空調、公用系統及其他廠務設備之節能改善，以降低能源使用並提升設備效能。 
• 建立並維護廠務工程內部標準，包括材料規格、施工工法及驗收標準，並與其他工程師分享。 
• 與其他工程師及跨部門團隊合作，支援重大廠務、裝修、擴建及基礎設施專案。 
• 制定並執行廠務設備與設施之預防保養計畫，編製及更新設備操作、維護與點檢規程。 
• 訓練維修電工或技術人員安全操作、例行點檢及基礎維護所負責之設備與系統。 
• 與承攬商及供應商協調並解決技術與施工問題，評估施工品質與履約表現，並依需要辦理供應商訓練。遵守公司環境、安全（含資訊安全）、職業健康及品質管理規定與要求。 

基本資格 

• 機械工程、電機工程、機電工程、建築設備或相關科系之大學以上學歷。 
• 具五年以上廠務工程、機電工程、建築設備，或相關工程專案與設備維護經驗。 
• 熟悉工程專案管理流程，並具備廠務設備預防保養之實務知識。 
• 熟練使用 AutoCAD 與 Microsoft Office 軟體。 
• 熟悉空調、電力、給排水、配管、線槽及相關工程或安裝規範。 
• 具良好的溝通協調、問題解決及供應商管理能力，並認同公司文化且具持續學習意願。 

優先條件 

• 具製造業廠房、廠區裝修、擴建、無塵室、實驗室、倉庫或辦公室裝修專案經驗。 
• 具編製招標文件、審查報價、預算控管，以及承攬商安全、品質與進度管理經驗。 
• 熟悉能源管理、公用系統最佳化、預防保養系統或建築管理系統者佳。
