Equipment engineer (Key Activities Summary)

Facility Engineers are responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans for production equipment, assisting maintenance technicians in troubleshooting in daily operation equipment, supporting or leading the initiative to upgrade or replace obsolete PLCs, electrical control or mechanical parts, supporting new project with providing specifications, design or estimating cost for electrical control or mechanical construction, participating in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, providing technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians, and assisting in the implementation of EHS，CI and 5S activities in the department.

设备工程师负责制定并实施生产设备的预防性维修计划，协助维修技术员对日常运行设备的故障诊断，支持或主导升级或更换过时的PLC、电气控制或机械部件的计划, 通过提供电气控制或机械结构的规格、设计或估算成本来支持新项目,参与新设备的安装与调试，对设备维修技术员在技术上进行指导和培训，协助EHS,持续改进或5S活动在部门的实施。

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the plan for preventive maintenance.

制定并实施预防性设备维修计划.

• Involve in troubleshooting on daily running equipment with malfunction from electrical or mechanical perspective.

参与日常运行设备的电气或机械故障诊断.

• Support or lead the initiative to upgrade or replace obsolete PLCs, electrical control or mechanical parts.

支持或主导升级或更换过时的PLC、电气控制或机械部件的计划.

• Support new project with providing specifications, design or estimating cost for electrical control or mechanical construction.

通过提供电气控制或机械结构的规格、设计或估算成本来支持新项目。

• Analyze day-to-day equipment performance and conduct improvement activity with down time or maintenance cost reduction.

• Maintenance record and equipment document (including PLC program) keeping which subjects to the quality system.

• Involve in installation and adjustment for new equipment.

参与新设备的安装与调试。

• Manage spare parts supplying and inventory.

维修备件的管理。

• Involve in EHS，CI and 5S activity.

参与EHS, 持续改进及5S的活动。

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

参与其它与岗位相关的工作。

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation.

电气工程及其自动化本科毕业 。

• Minimum 2 years' experience in PLC programming or troubleshooting in automation control systems.

至少两年自动控制系统的PLC编程或故障诊断经验。

• Experience in designing and implementing electrical control systems in manufacturing or automation industries is appreciated.

有制造或自动化行业中设计工作经验和电气控制系统安装调试的经验更好。

• Experience in operation, maintenance, and management of the power supply and distribution system is appreciated.

有电力供应和配电系统的操作、维护和管理经验更好。

• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering.

具备基本机械基础知识。

• Proficient in reading and writing in English, basic conversational English skills.

熟练的英语读写能力，基本的英语会话能力.

• Good PC skills and strong EHS awareness.

良好的PC技能及安全意识。

• Demonstrated ability for on-time performance in a high-pressure work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GE PLC’s including the 90-30 or RX7i systems or Siemens PLC is a plus.

具有GE 或 Siemens PLC知识。

• Basic knowledge of CAD drawing tool such AutoCAD.

具备基本的绘图工具软件如AutoCAD 等等。

Travel Requirements

• Less than 10% of travel.
