• Contribute to achieve the group targets and realize the strategy.
• Control and manage the OPEX, CAPEX of her/his projects and tasks.
• Contribute for saving target.
• Responsible for following items in the responsible area.

• Lead, execute or support the engineering projects.
• Lead, execute or support the maintenance, calibration , and renewal work.
• Lead execute s or support repairment works for facilities.
• Lead, execute or support GxP and relevant raw implementation
• Lead, execute or support the Improvement of the facilities, equipment , and processes for better efficiency and HSE.

• Train successor in her / his superior area.
• Build connection in the company in her/his responsible area for stakeholder management.
• Build good relationship with the suppliers, manage and control them.
• Keep update her / his technical capability.
