Education/degree: BE in Mechatronics / Electrical/ Electronics / Mechanical
Work experience: Minimum 10 Years
Supervising all maintenance related work and managing a team of maintenance engineers and contract employees. Attending morning meeting and communicating with in F & M Team members. Schedule regular Gemba walk, scheduled CFT meetings, accordingly, address the issues with target date. Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance. Keeping track of ongoing maintenance work. Maintaining all machinery to ensure Production team meeting Daily target working standards. Updating maintenance procedures. Initiatives of new projects and facility improvements (New building and Project Management). Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. Managing all repair and installation activities. Provide Regular training to team members to enhance MCIPL to meet Industry 4.0 like Fire safety system & LTT Ensuring team workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures. Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates and work for reducing repair cost. Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and guidelines. Drafting maintenance activities reports to reporting manager/ management Developing and implementing MCIPL maintenance strategies to achieve MCIPL KPI. Coordinating the completion of complex machines and test equipment repairs Hiring maintenance staff. Managing subcontractors for specialized maintenance activities and signing off on AMC contract. Spare parts inventory control and management. Scheduling of internal and external activities maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned down time. Key performance indicators (KPIs) implementation and review in timely manner. Managing the process of new machinery and equipment's installation. (Document and sign off) disposal of obsolete machinery and equipment's from asset list as per MCIPL standards. Support performs root cause analysis for breakdowns /other issues and resolve problems. Identifying business improvement opportunities within the organization. Conducting risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department. Certifying that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors. Taking care of adhering to statutory requirements, electrical power department and any legal (optional) requirements. Taking care of ISO / Safety / Risk assessment and other mandatory Audits meeting MCIPL. Monitoring the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems. Review, implementation and updating of the company records e.g. training skill matrices, performance reviews, risk assessments
