DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Contract and/or perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of facilities. Including but not limited to energy supply system (power distribution, water distribution), building infrastructure (building facilities, fire protection facilities, etc.), public facilities equipment (plumbing, carpentry, drinking water, lighting, HVAC etc.), and related special equipment (elevators, lifting equipment).
2. Manage the general health, safety program, firefighting，EIA and other related work, implement the regulatory policy requirements, ensure compliance to local regulations.
3. To be responsible for the safety management of factory equipment, carry out the special inspection and rectification work of factory safety, Annotate work logs and inspection records for specific site requirements.
4. Be responsible for equipment spare parts purchase and management，to ensure the normal production operation is not affected by the shortage of spare parts
5. Perform minor troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments of equipment
6. Develop maintenance and safety related SOP’s, including emergency actions
7. Manage health and safety related records, including MSDS
8. Form and lead an ERT
9. Primary respondent to any building security issues
10. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work site
11. Meet the requirements of quality and environmental management system, fulfill other tasks required by Superior
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electromechanical, HVAC, automation or related.
2. Certification as an Electrician, and other certificates such as refrigeration and air conditioning, special equipment (elevator) operation certificate, fire protection facilities operation certificate is preferred.
3. At least 5 years equipment management and maintenance experience, clean room maintenance experience is preferred.
4. Experience in maintenance and repair of electromechanical systems, plumbing systems
5. Working knowledge of HVAC, HEPA filtrations
6. Knowledgeable in chilled water and CDA systems
7. Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints
8. Prior experience coordinating with outside contractors
9. Knowledgeable in standard practices and tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities. Effectively use a variety of hand and power tools
10. Skill in both verbal and written communication
11. Capable and interested in developing Industry relevant knowledge
12. Adaptable and able to shift between tasks as priorities dictate
