The Facility Engineer is responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facility and utility

systems by coordinating construction activities, managing vendors, and maintaining high standards of maintenance and documentation to

enable uninterrupted factory performance.

This position reports to the Facilities Manager and is part of the Manufacturing team located in Songdo, Incheon and will be an on-site role.

What you will do

• Support the Facilities Manager in overseeing factory construction activities across safety, architectural, mechanical, piping, electrical and related disciplines.
• Manage facility- and project-related procurement processes, including purchase orders, delivery and performance verification,and invoice handling, while providing regular updates to the Facilities Manager.
• Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to maintain accurate project schedules by updating work management system and dashboards.
• Localize and translate global facility related documents, including procedures and work instructions, to ensure alignment withregional requirements.
• Assist the Facilities Manager in supervising outsourced service providers for facility and utility maintenance & operations, including developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring vendor activities meet company standards, and providing technical guidance as needed.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, facilities engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in facilities and utilities operation and maintenance, including vendor management.
• Technical expertise in HVAC, utility systems, electrical systems, piping, and building infrastructure.
• Proficient in Excel, CMMS, BMS/EMS, and CAD, and comfortable working in an English‑speaking business environment.
• Preferred certifications: Electrical Engineer, HVAC Technician, or other relevant credentials.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Language/Environment Requirements:

Fluent level of English & Korean in written and verbal communications 한국어 및 영어로의 서면 및 구두 의사소통능력이 높으신 분

• Ability to travel abroad upon business needs 해외여행에 결격사유가 없으신 분

Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record within territory or locations 운전을 하여 담당하는 국내 고객사에 방문할 수 있는 분

• If foreign national, legal work permit is required to pursue employment contract by Korean immigration law 대한민국에서의 근무가 가능한 비자가 있는 분
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment, any other physical requirements
