What you’ll do?
Lead the overall management of office facilities, workplace services, and building operations.
Develop and implement facilities strategies aligned with global standards and business requirements.
Ensure a safe, efficient, and productive working environment for employees.
Act as the primary point of contact for facilities, building management, workplace services, and security-related matters.
Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management to ensure high-quality service and cost efficiency.
Manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including purchase orders, invoice validation, and timely payments.
Oversee office administration, procurement, inventory management, and workplace services.
Coordinate services including office equipment, cleaning, utilities, mail and courier services, telecommunications, catering, and workplace supplies.
Ensure the effective maintenance and operation of all office facilities, building systems, and technical infrastructure.
Oversee maintenance contracts and ensure the proper functioning of security, CCTV, fire protection, UPS, and building management systems.
Act as the company's Health & Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
Manage workplace health, safety, security, and environmental programs, including regular inspections, emergency preparedness activities, and fire safety initiatives.
Lead facilities-related projects, including office expansions, relocations, renovations, and workspace optimization initiatives.
Drive process improvements and introduce innovative workplace and facilities management solutions.
What you will bring?
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Office Administration, or Corporate Services within a medium to large organization.
Experience supporting multi-floor offices and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience coordinating external vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, catering, waste management, etc.).
Experience managing facility-related budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
Experience supporting office relocations, space planning, or workplace improvement initiatives is preferred.
Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment is an advantage.
Strong understanding of facilities operations, health & safety requirements, and workplace standards.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance processes and vendor performance management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
