This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality, compliant, and customer‑focused facilities services.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager / Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operational delivery across maintenance, compliance, and soft services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Daily operations — Coordinating hard and soft services to maintain smooth building operations.
Asset management — Maintaining accurate asset registers and supporting lifecycle planning.
Contractor coordination — Assisting with subcontractor management, compliance checks, and accreditation tracking.
Safety & compliance — Supporting WHS, environmental, and quality control processes.
Reporting — Monitoring KPIs, customer satisfaction, and maintaining documentation for audits and inspections.
Maintenance response — Coordinating urgent maintenance requests and defect works.
Budget support — Assisting with consumables and minor works budget tracking.
You bring strong organisational capability, a customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key strengths include:
Organisation & time management
Clear communication with internal teams and external vendors
Understanding of ISO & WHS standards
Systems proficiency including Microsoft Office
Problem‑solving and adaptability
Certificate or Diploma in Facilities Management or related field (preferred)
Experience in facilities coordination or administration
Familiarity with OH&S Act, ISO standards, and compliance requirements
Experience liaising with contractors and supporting service delivery
Timely and accurate coordination of facilities services
Strong stakeholder relationships and positive feedback
Compliance with safety and environmental standards
High‑quality record‑keeping and reporting
