Job Description

Our Clean Harbors facility in Dolton, IL is searching for a Facility Coordinator to join their team. As a Facility Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating several different functions in the facility, including receiving, shipping, and general administration.

Shift: 1st 9am-5pm

Pay: $21

Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs to work well with a team
  • Needs strong data entry skills
  • Shipping and receiving truckloads in WIN system
  • Printing and creating outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels for outbound loads.
  • Needs to be detail-oriented; job includes processing government-regulated manifests, so need to make sure they are completed correctly
  • Mailing of shipping documents
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications. Word, Excel
  • Organization and filing of plant paperwork and truck-to-truck paperwork.
  • Filing, typing, and general clerical duties.
  • Any administrative duties as deemed required by supervisors.
  • Responsibility for proper housekeeping
  • Responsible for adherence to all applicable CHES policies and CHES SOPs
  • Maintains a safe working environment that complies with all applicable OSHA regulations as well as all applicable company Health & Safety and Compliance protocols.
  • Other Duties as Assigned


What does it take to work at Clean Harbors?

  • High School diploma or equivalent required;

  • Must be 18 years or older;

  • 1+ Years of related experience;

  • Fork lift experience preferred (Not Required);

  • Ability to use computer;

  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds;
