Main responsibilities:

  • suppliers related to the proper functioning of the plant
  • Monitors timely payments to state institutions and companies
  • Provides periodic maintenance of equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the plant (ventilation chambers, pumps, VRF, humidifiers, chillers, boiler room, nitrogen room, compressors, etc.)
  • Responsible and monitors the proper functioning of the BMS (Building Management System)
  • Prepares action plans in case of repeated and prolonged interruptions of the work process due to technical failures
  • Responsible for the fire system and the security system in the building.
  • Responsible for the cleaning of the building
  • Responsible for the physical security, video surveillance and access control of the territory of the company
  • Controls the periodic maintenance of the elevator
  • Responsible for the electrical installation and electrical equipment of the building

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering,
  • PC literacy – proficiency in MS Office; SAP,
  • Technical experience – experience with BMS, ventilation chambers, pumps, VRF, humidifiers, chillers etc.
  • Professional experience – 5 years
  • Foreign languages – English - excellent level
  • Personal skills – leadership – set clear expectations, gives timely and based on facts feedback; treat everyone in a respectful manner
