About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Facility Coordinatorto join our team and support large-scale facility operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across complex facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility management operations.

• Work closely with FM teams, technicians, contractors, and service providers.

• Coordinate hard and soft FM services.

• Support maintenance coordination to ensure efficient facility operations.

• Manage client relationships and ensure service excellence.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities across assigned facilities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experiencein facility coordination or facility management operations.

• Proven experience in facility management operations.

• Experience working in large facilitiessuch as:

  • Schools

  • Embassies

  • Government buildings

  • Similar large-scale environments

• Strong coordination skills with FM teams, technicians, contractors, and service providers.

• Knowledge of hard and soft FM services.

• Experience with maintenance coordination.

• Client management experience.

• Ability to manage daily operations and ensure service excellence.

• Valid Qatar Driving License is required.
