The Facility Coordinator supports the daily operation and appearance of the dealership by maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready environment. This position coordinates equipment staging, facility organization, inventory support, and equipment presentation while assisting with loading, unloading, and maintaining display areas. The Facility Coordinator works closely with multiple departments to support efficient operations and provide a positive experience for customers and coworkers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and customer-ready dealership facility, including indoor and outdoor areas.
- Organize and monitor equipment displays to ensure equipment is properly positioned, identified, and presented.
- Load and unload equipment, materials, and deliveries safely using appropriate equipment and procedures.
- Label equipment to ensure accurate identification and inventory tracking.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Photograph equipment for marketing, advertising, and inventory purposes.
- Stage equipment to support customer deliveries, sales activities, service operations, and internal workflows.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of showroom, parts, service, warehouse, and common areas.
- Communicate equipment or facility concerns to management and assist in resolving operational issues.
- Follow all company safety policies and applicable regulations while performing assigned duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record if driving company vehicles is required.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment appropriate for assigned duties.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain orderly work areas and equipment displays.
- Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate inventory and equipment identification.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers across multiple departments.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional demeanor.
- Dependable, accountable, and committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized facility.
- Basic computer skills are helpful for inventory tracking and equipment documentation.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach while moving equipment and maintaining facility areas.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, if certified and authorized.
- Work around moving vehicles, equipment, and machinery.
- Perform indoor and outdoor work throughout the year.
- Frequent exposure to dust, dirt, noise, vibration, and moving vehicles and equipment.
- Regular interaction with customers, vendors, delivery personnel, and coworkers.
- Requires the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by company policy and safety regulations.
