MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Coordinator to join our team in Oahu, HI
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinates daily facility maintenance activities and monitors the performance of service providers.
Prepare facility coordination artifacts, maintain accurate records of building systems, and ensure that all maintenance requests are processed according to established SOPs.
Monitor resource usage and coordinate the delivery of essential supplies for facility operations.
Drafts and maintains RMI coordination documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific.
Prepare facility artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing coordination actions at regional mission-support sites.
Assist in identifying infrastructure support gaps and recommend priority resource allocations to sustain theater readiness.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
3+ years of position-relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to draft technical coordination documentation and follow established SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of position-relevant experience.
Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification.
Experience using automated facility management systems (e.g., IBM MAXIMO).
Clearance Requirements:
Must hold an active Confidential clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
