Job Description

Clean Harbors is looking for a Facility Coordinator to join their safety conscious team. The Facility Coordinator supports several different functions in the facility including receiving, shipping, and general administration.

  • Working knowledge of WIN central and plant receiving, drum receiving and staging, and profile access and printing
  • Data entry and scanning into WIN for drum and bulk receiving and tracking operations
  • Printing drum labels
  • Enter environmental monitoring data into spreadsheets for graphing and reporting purposes
  • Perform security function when required by logging in and out all entrants to facility at Security Checkpoint
  • Assist with bulk receiving by performing weighmaster duties when needed
  • Filing, typing, and general clerical duties;
  • Staging loads and printing manifests
  • Will perform all mailings, USPS and/ FED EX

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • Must have computer knowledge with proficiency in Windows based applications.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a team
