Job Description


Clean Harborsis currently looking for a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to join their team! As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting shipping and receiving operations, maintaining inventory data, managing documentation, and assisting with administrative duties to ensure smooth facility operations.

Requires strong computer skills.

Hours - 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $24

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipping/receiving activities using WIN Central, Powersuite, and other systems
  • Maintain accurate trailer and drum tracking data; scan storage areas and manage tracking gun downloads
  • Print manifests, labels, and shipping papers (including TPOs for rejected materials)
  • Organize and file plant and truck-to-truck documentation
  • Input lab and tracking data into WIN
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and supply management
  • Ensure compliance with all Clean Harbors SOPs, safety standards, and environmental regulations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

What does it take to work at Clean Harbors?

  • High School diploma or equivalent required;
  • Must be 18 years or older;
  • 1+ Years of related experience;
  • Fork lift experience preferred (Not Required);
  • Ability to use computer;
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds;
