Job Description

Facility Coordinator

The Facility Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day facility operations through coordination of receiving, shipping, and administrative activities. This role ensures accurate documentation, proper waste tracking, and efficient communication across teams to meet business and regulatory requirements.

Monday - Friday

Pay - $20 - $21 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate plant receiving activities, including drum staging, profile access, and documentation processing
  • Perform data entry into systems such as Powersuite, WIN, and other internal databases
  • Create and print outbound manifests, hazardous waste labels, and shipping documents
  • Maintain organized filing systems for plant, shipping, and regulatory paperwork
  • Track and manage trailer inventories, including updating shared files and scanning storage areas
  • Prepare TPO shipping papers for rejected materials as needed
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper housekeeping within assigned areas
  • Support general administrative and clerical functions for the facility
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned based on business needs

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 0–3 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or facility support roles preferred
  • Experience working in a plant or industrial environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, or hazardous waste documentation is preferred
