CSL Behring is seeking a highly organised and collaborative Facility Coordination Officer to join our Visual Inspection team at our Broadmeadows manufacturing site.
This role plays a critical part in enabling the successful delivery of manufacturing operations through the coordination of production activities, maintenance, validation programs, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Operational Services teams, you will help ensure manufacturing activities are delivered safely, compliantly, efficiently, and on schedule.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food manufacturing, or a related regulated industry who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate production, maintenance, validation, and inventory activities to support the successful delivery of the manufacturing schedule and operational objectives.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Operational Services teams to ensure activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP and HS&E requirements.
Manage and track preventative maintenance, equipment reliability initiatives, qualification activities, and small facility or process improvement projects.
Support quality and compliance activities, including documentation updates, deviations, CAPAs, investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor operational performance, provide reports and KPI updates, identify risks to schedule delivery, and facilitate timely resolution of issues.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and contribute to a culture of safety, collaboration, operational excellence, and customer focus.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in a manufacturing, production, or operational support role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, or another regulated industry.
Working knowledge of GMP/GxP requirements, quality management systems, and regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong planning, organisational, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a practical understanding of risk management, quality, and workplace safety principles.
