About the role:

We’re looking for dedicated and reliable cleaners to work across the Sydney Trains network. This role offers great variety, teamwork, and the chance to travel between different stations while contributing to a cleaner city.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning stations, and surrounding areas to maintain high hygiene standards
• Travelling between stations across the Sydney Trains network: Ashfield, Auburn, Burwood, Lidcombe, Mt Druitt, Strathfield, and Granville.
• Using cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Working collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members
• Working to our company policies, procedures, standards and safe work practices at all times

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Our Client, Sydney Trains requires all employees to have: RIW (card, certificate & Category 3 medical) , valid police check and valid Working with Children Check. We will not be able progress your application unless you hold all of these.
• Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning (rail cleaning preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Reliability, punctuality, and good communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts (including nights and weekends)
• Good presentation and grooming
• Sound communication skills
