
Join the team at Hersheypark Camping Resort, campground located a few miles down the road from Hersheypark amusement park that features log and deluxe cabins, tent sites, and partial and full-hookup sites.
This position is responsible for the cleaning of all areas of the Hersheypark Camping Resort, primarily focusing on cabins, bathhouses, and interior public spaces.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Detailed cleaning of cabins, bathhouses, and public spaces
Washing dishes and doing laundry
Ability to operate cleaning equipment
Ability to use cleaning equipment
Picking up trash around cabins and sites
Cleaning fire pits
Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
General knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning
Ability to drive a golf cart
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Positive, professional employee and guest relations skills
Capable of working alone and as a team. Must be a self-starter
Ability to handle multiple priorities at once
Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal
Must be able to clean 6 to 8 cabins within a specified time period
Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
Job Demands:
Physical requirements include complete mobility and good physical conditioning, good hearing and vision
Must be able to work in a combination of indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weatherProper footwear must be provided by employee, uniform shirts will be supplied
Must be able to push/pull/lift a maximum of 60 lbs.
Must be able to stand, walk, squat, climb ladders 90% of the shift.
Ability to safely use chemicals in and around the workplace meeting OSHA standards
