What You’ll Do

• Manage billing, collections, and financial documentation
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees, families, and vendors
• Ensure smooth coordination between the facility and central office
• Support onboarding processes (badging, access, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of documents
• Participate in family meetings and provide support during admissions
