Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Maintenance: Perform routine facility inspections and assist in technical hands-on troubleshooting or minor repairs within the warehouse.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update facility logs, maintenance schedules, and reports using Google Workspace (G-Sheet, G-Doc)
  • Audit Compliance: Assist in internal and external facility audits to ensure the warehouse meets safety and operational standards.
  • Vendor Coordination: Monitor on-site vendors during maintenance work and ensure all service reports are properly documented.
  • Asset Management: Track facility assets and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Sheet & G-Doc) for reporting and data tracking.
  • Possesses a technical hands-on background (e.g., basic electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance).
  • Strong attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Familiar with audit processes and safety regulations.
