Butler Snow LLP is looking for a Firm Support Specialist to join our team in the Huntsville, AL office location. The Firm Support Specialist is essential to maintaining operational efficiency, delivering high-quality service, and fostering a collaborative and professional workplace environment. This is a full-time and in-office position.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a firm messenger, utilizing reliable transportation and maintaining required auto insurance
• Operate high-volume copy and print equipment, including binding and finishing services
• Maintain knowledge of copy, print, and related services to support internal and external needs
• Assist with ordering office supplies and equipment as needed
• Provide general administrative support as assigned by management
• Support hospitality areas as a backup when needed
• Ensure the Copy & Print Center remains clean, organized, and customer-friendly
