Are you a master of all trades ready for a high-impact role when no two days are the same? We are looking for a versatile maintenance powerhouse to lead the daily operations of our facility’s infrastructure! In this critical position, you’ll coordinate directly with the Building Grounds Manager to tackle essential work orders and drive ongoing projects to completion. From overseeing inmate crews and repairing complex HVAC and boiler systems to keeping our kitchen equipment, water plant, and electrical motors running at peak performance, your technical expertise will be the facility’s backbone. You’ll manage it all—roofing, landscaping, and water line repairs—while keeping a sharp eye on budgetary efficiency. Your mission also extends to the very perimeter of our safety, ensuring every fence is secure, every light is bright, and the generator is always ready. Beyond the toolbox, you’ll demonstrate your grit and commitment to the team by stepping onto the front lines for a mandatory weekly 12-hour security shift. If you’re ready to build, repair, and protect in a fast-paced environment, apply now to join a team that relies on your skill every single day!
