Job Title: Facilities & Workplace Experience Administrator
Location Reston, Virginia | Full-Time Onsite
About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Facilities & Workplace Experience Administrator to join BSI in Reston, Virginia.
This role plays a key part in creating a positive, safe, and engaging workplace environment across our Americas offices. You will support facilities operations, workplace experience initiatives, vendor coordination, office administration, and employee engagement activities.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day office and facilities operations
Manage facilities invoices, budgets, and office-related expenses
Coordinate vendors, maintenance, office supplies, and workplace services
Support workplace events, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership meetings
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
Assist with visitor management, mail handling, and office communications
Support compliance, health & safety, and emergency preparedness activities
Provide administrative and executive support where required
To be successful in the role you will have
5+ years of experience in facilities, workplace experience, office management, or business administration
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple priorities
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using systems/tools
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work onsite full-time in Reston, Virginia
