Estimated hourly base pay: $24.52 (minimum) - $31.73 (midpoint) - $39.42 (maximum) Plus overtime

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance procedures on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures.
Diagnose Mechanical Issues: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions by applying technical expertise and standard troubleshooting methods.
Maintain Maintenance Records: Accurately document all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs performed, and parts utilized, to ensure comprehensive history and compliance.
Adhere to Safety Protocols: Implement and follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and team members.
Communicate Technical Information: Effectively share technical updates and maintenance status with team members to facilitate coordinated and efficient operations.
Prioritize and respond promptly to urgent maintenance and safety issues.
General building maintenance tasks, examples including patching and painting walls, building and repairing furniture and cabinetry, repairing door hardware and flooring, moving equipment, setting up meetings, etc.
Light plumbing tasks, examples including faucet/fixture repair/replacement (sinks, toilets, showers, drains, valves), air hose fabrication, piping system replacement, repair, and installation.
Grounds tasks to maintain and beautify the exterior building and landscaping.
Light HVAC tasks, examples including replacing belts and filters, adjusting thermostats, and cleaning coils.
Light electrical tasks such as replacing bulbs, ballasts, and electrical switches and outlets.
Inspect, maintain and test life safety systems such as emergency lights, fire extinguishers, exit signs.
Conduct routing inspections of property and report deficiencies
Key Skills:
Mechanical Repair: Expertise in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting machinery and equipment.
Diagnostic Analysis: Proficient in identifying and analyzing equipment malfunctions using analytical methods.
Preventative Maintenance Planning: Skilled in scheduling and conducting routine maintenance to prevent equipment downtime.
Technical Documentation: Ability to interpret and utilize technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints effectively.
Calibration Techniques: Knowledgeable in calibrating machinery and tools to ensure precision and proper functionality.
Safety Procedures: Adherence to and implementation of workplace safety standards and protocols.
Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools required for maintenance tasks.
Workflow Management: Efficiently managing personal workload to meet maintenance schedules and team objectives.
Collaborative Communication: Effectively communicating technical information within the team environment.
Analytical Problem Solving: Applying established procedures and methods to resolve typical maintenance issues.
