YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures the operability, reliability, and integrity of the assigned assets.
• Plans, executes, and monitors multiple basic budget and larger investments; participates in the planning and execution of major investments in her/his area of responsibility.
• Identifies and evaluates deficiencies and bottlenecks and develops technical concepts for their resolution.
• Conducts troubleshooting of asset and process problems.
• Observes technical rules and regulations and implements good technical practices.
• Keeps and updates the technical documentation and records.
• Coordinates the internal and external service providers.
• identifies, evaluates, and implements knowledge and good practice sharing experience between colleagues.
• Has up-to-date knowledge of Bayer Group- and subgroup best practices and implements them in the Facility.
• Coordination of technical measures for the construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment.

WHO YOU ARE

• Technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
• At least 1 year of experience in plant operations/facilities maintenance, manufacturing, production, and/or design engineering function for a medical device/pharma company (Mandatory).
• Experience with change control - management of change.

• Basic - intermediate English proficiency.

• Knowledge in technical good practices and standards.
• Understanding of GMPs (ICH Q7) and process validation.
• Knowledge in root cause analysis, equipment design/technical transfers, and/or facilities systems design and maintenance.
• Ability to plan and execute tasks on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, Action-oriented, Technical Skills, Problem Solving, Informing, Organizing.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and to be self-direct, as required, meet standards for quality and quantity, accurately complete documentation of work performed, be flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed and work in a team environment.
• Able to lead medium-large project teams associated with equipment development and technical transfer activities.
• Meet the timelines and manage through travel and related logistical challenges.
• Work in and support multi-shift shift operations at Sending and Receiving Units.
• Develops HAZOP and/or risk studies together with engineering team and PPS.
• Keep the zero accidents goal on the CRGF site as well as any external.
