Job Description

The Opportunity:
The Facilities Technician’s job requires someone who is flexible and hardworking to assist our maintenance department in maintaining our production facilities including grounds and open spaces. This position pays: $24.00 - $29.00

A Day In The Life of A Facilities Technician:
• Inspect all areas of the facility daily to identify problems with system failures, structural damages or breakages
• Respond to requests for maintenance services, including repairing locks, utilities, furniture assembly and installation
• Repair minor plumbing issues, drywall and do some carpentry work
• Change lights bulbs and ensure other fixtures and fittings are in good working order
• Painting
• Maintain all restrooms by ensuring that hands-free faucets, stalls and paper dispensers are working properly
• Test performance of appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves
• You will work a set shift of Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm

What We're Looking For From You:
• Proven experience as handyman
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
• Basic math skills
• Forklift certification or experience preferred
