As an equipment repair facilities technician, your primary responsibility is to ensure the diagnosis, repair and preventive maintenance for mobile equipment (forklifts, manlifts, boom lifts, etc.) in the plant. The Mobil Equipment Repair Technician is expected to regularly interact with Production and other plant personnel in bringing about mobile equipment use improvements.
Through proper execution of maintenance activities, he/she helps to improve overall effectiveness of equipment to meet the Business Unit goals. To accomplish this requires skills and knowledge in related technical areas which may include, but are not limited to the following: mechanical, electrical, electronic, control systems, pneumatics and vacuum technologies.
The Mobile Equipment Repair Technician is responsible to follow site safety, health and environmental programs and policies.
