In this role, you will support lab, office, and GMP facility operations in a fast-paced biotech environment. And you will be responsible for maintaining building systems, responding to maintenance requests, supporting utilities, and ensuring smooth facility operations. Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Support building utilities and lab operations
Respond to work orders and facility alarms
Maintain maintenance logs and CMMS documentation
Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers
Support GMP and laboratory environments
Qualifications
4+ years of facilities maintenance experience
Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, GMP, or lab environments preferred
Knowledge of HVAC, building utilities, and maintenance systems
Experience with CMMS/BMS systems such as Siemens Desigo preferred
