This role is located at our Knoxville, TN campus.
Shift: Monday - Friday; 1:30pm - 10:00pm. This shift has a 10% shift differential added on top of the base pay as an incentive to work the 2nd shift schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain the company's facilities and equipment to include general building care, recycling, snow removal, yard care, etc. Lite mechanical duties and general electrical knowledge preferred. Responsible for filter changes, scissor lift operation, floor scrubber operation, maintenance, and service.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid, Cold and snow conditions. The employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to chemical odors; extreme cold; extreme heat in varied weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and could at times require hearing protection.
